The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include:

1.    Ensure a constant flow of finished goods from palletizer to warehouse, shuttle trailers, or direct shipments.
2.    Stage, scan and pull product in the set aside and warehouse area four high.
3.    Assure proper paperwork is maintained for quality & inventory control; hold records, and shipping of finished product.
4.    Operate and maintain push/pull lift, including the documenting of forklift checks
5.    Operate, troubleshoot and correct faults on Pantin/Von Gals, in order to maintain consistent product throughput.  Maintain sanitation of equipment and area. 
6.    Provide an ongoing audit of packaging quality and supply packaging area as needed.
7.    Maintain area and equipment in proper sanitary condition.
8.   Support Visual Workplace.
9.    Set-up, operate and maintain the Sortation system for 1 or 2 products and “No Reads”.
10. Help ensure that new associates in the area receive proper skills and safety training.
11. Continuously communicate with the DLC to resolve any issues or questions that arise 
       throughout the shift.
12. Accurately generate paperwork to account for holds, including case samples and            
13.     Can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
14.  Must be able to adapt to temperature and environmental extremes such as hot and cold,    
          dust, dirt and chemicals.
   15. Every associate at Mars has responsibility for the achievement for quality and food safety.
   16. Able to complete all tasks assigned by manager abiding by the Mars Quality and Safety

2.    To make decisions in a timely manner while dealing with a fast paced environment.
3.    To be able to accurately and efficiently complete all paperwork (trailer number, bill 
       of lading number, weight, product counts).
4.     Able to communicate concisely with various production operators.
5.    Able to make accurate changeovers
6.    Able to correctly inspect all trailers used for product shipments
7.    Able to properly use the pallet stretch wrapper and replace the film rolls
8.    Able to quickly and properly pull case samples for quality assurance purposes
9.    Able to quickly access a mechanical/electrical/software issues.      

10.    Able to operate the dock locks, levers and wheel chocks
11.    Able to operate the auto top board dispenser.
