Key Responsibilities/职位描述
1. As one of SIMT members to develop MWC China sales vision and mission, advocate and embed Mars culture and HPC throughout the organization.
2. As one of SIMT members to lead innovation and revolution of MWC China Route-To-Market model and ensure field Sales organization infrastructure can continually support business sustainable development.
3. As one of SIMT members to develop national Sales strategies and priorities to achieve the national annual sales volume target, distribution, market share, in-store presence and financial target.
4. Lead excellent execution in terms of national sales strategies and priorities in region, to ensure winning by Geographic/Channel/Account/ net sales, distribution, in-store presence, and related financial indicators.
5. Closely Co-work with P&O to upgrade infra-structure and capability of field force of regional sales with effective OD, training and succession plans for execution excellence.
6. Lead and execute field sales related sales major projects in region, in the context of sustaining and growing our route-to-market, business model and system and organization core competencies.



1. 10 years about sales related experience, strong at regional management, distributor management and Key Account management
2. Demonstrated strong leadership capability, excellent at managing vision and purpose, team engagement and development
3. Skilled on develop business strategy and know how to deliver an excellent result
