Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  1. Be responsible for west region key account business,measured by volume/revenue/share and leading indicators.
  2. Develop RKA strategies,set business target under the direction of national MG&KA strategies.
  3. Lead and coordinate account manager in west region to do RKA trading term and contract negotiation,develop and execute Joint Business Plan,optimize trade investment and ROI;Build category leadership in RKA,to ensure execution excellence of aligned NKA and RKA plan and activities to achieve committed KPIs.
  4. Bulid strategic partnership with TOP RKAs throungh Joint Business Plan and Regular Business Review.
  5. Provide business analysis and local intelligence of market dynamic and competition to support strategic decision marking and identify business opportunities.
  6. Direct,engage and develop KA talents;cultivate a strong talent development culture and practice in west region



  1. Minimum 8 years working experiences in multi-national FMCG companies; at least 3 years in national/regional key account manager role is a must; experience in MT channel operations is preferred.
  2. Superior key account management skills and experience, including trading term and contract negotiation, developing and executing Joint Business Plan.
  3. Strong leadership, both in KA management and team/people management.
  4. With consistent high performance track;
  5. Excellent business analytical skills; logical thinking;
  6. Superior communication; collaboration and presentation skill;
  7. Good command of English, both written and verbal;
  8. Highly accountable, hands-on, with strong passion for driving success of business and people;
  9. University education and above.
