Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  • 负责所在区域门店的销售业务,建立合作关系及新客户开发,从而实现销量达成和品类增长,实现经销商管理以及团队能力建设。
  • 负责所在区域的业务运作及销售指标达成。
  • 负责区域的投资规划,客户订单管理等日常销售管理。
  • 各市场活动在区域内客户端的推广执行及检查。
  • 销售预测及分析,制定团队成员分期、分品类的销售计划和目标,确保执行和达成
  • 传递皇家营养知识理念,可以提供相应的消费者教育及客户培训环节
  • 培养团队同事相应的销售及营养知识专业技能,以提高团队整体业绩,打造高绩效团队
  • 可以规划团队整体生意未来1-3年的发展方向,并且落实到短期行动计划 



- 本科或同等学历。

- 5年以上FMCG行业销售经验,负责过B端客户业务。3-5年销售团队管理经验。

- 拥有不同渠道的销售管理经验,较强的市场判断及数据分析能力。有市场开发,搭建市场通路的能力和经验。

- 良好的沟通协调及团队管理能力,能有效的辅导和发展下属,建立高绩效团队。

- 有责任心和职业操守,善于在压力下开展工作,勇于接受挑战。

- 基本的英文听说读写能力。

- 对宠物行业感兴趣/有热情。
