Job Purpose/Overview
Ensuring sales growth as well as qualitative and quantitative targets on key accounts (KA), ensuring growth and optimal financial shape and sales development in line with the Pillar Strategy and our Vision 2025.


Key Responsibilities

•    Negotiate yearly agreements with the Key Accounts following the defined pillar strategy
•    Responsible for the implementation of the Annual Operating Plan of the KA, developing specific operational plans.
•    Provide quantitative and qualitative information to allow the necessary analysis of the KA and extract the necessary brand insights that can be extrapolated to the rest of the specialized market.
•    Develop and coordinate the different "specific" promotional plans for each account, planning the promotional calendar with the necessary anticipation
•    Communicate all relevant information on promotional plans
•    Active participation in the whole process of forecasting necessary to ensure the supply of KA 
•    Develop annual training plans of the accounts and assist in its implementation
•    Manage account specific budgets in line with planned financial shape and with a purpose to ensure the healthy development of the account

Context and Scope

The priority of this position is to develop the potential of chains and large customers and support the commercial network to implement the strategy designed for these customers that represent a significant portion of our NSV.
The jobholder negotiates independently with counterparts in the HQ of each key-account. Internally, the jobholder interacts strongly with colleagues from sales, marketing and supply chain to ensure customer satisfaction and planned profitable growth.

Job Specifications/Qualifications

1. Education & Professional Qualification
•    University degree (M.Sc of Ba) in Economics or Business with a preference for Sales/ Commerce 
2. Knowledge/Experience
•    5y Sales experience preferably in similar industry
•    Analytical skills
•    Fluent in English and Dutch or French
