Key Responsibilities/职位描述

负责区域内结果指标达成,包含新品,门店覆盖,教育,及总部在区域内执行可见落地。
1、按照拜访路线及要求及时定期拜访客户。
2、重点客户维护及宣导品牌知识,影响客户。
3、新品上市达成分销门店指标和覆盖指标。
4、负责区域门店皇家知识教育。

Qualifications/任职条件

1、具备大专及以上学历,3年及以上快速消费品行业客户管理及经销商管理操作经验; 
2、具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧;
3、良好的计算机运用能力,熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT;
4、良好的客户开发管理能力及客情建立能力;
5、具备良好的团队合作精神,优秀的政策执行能力,良好的竞争意识,良好的抗压能力;
6、积极正向,能快速融入团队,对自身职业规划清晰,具备强烈的上进心
7、宠物主人、有宠物行业相关销售经验优先考虑
