Key Responsibilities/职位描述


- 协助建立和完善全国经销商的布局规划、选择标准、覆盖模式和返利体系

- 规划和执行城市拓展项目,实现公司设定的目标,包括市场覆盖机会评估,经销商合作方式及营销方案设计等

- 系统提升公司经销商管理水平,包括经销商运营能力和销售同事经销商管理能力,工作流程优化,经销商联合生意计划搭建等

- 参与经销商日常管理的相关工作



- 与服务商合作,开发和完善E-RTM平台,在实现平台功能的基础上,不断提升平台的用户体验

- 运营E-RTM平台,提升用户激活率、产品分销水平和客单,达成销售目标

- 参与管理平台活动费用预算,提升活动效果,达成ROI目标



- 3年以上快速消费品行业RTM、经销商管理、通路行销方面工作经验,有B2B/E-RTM/电子营销平台工作经历者优先

- 良好的策略思维能力和运营能力,包括渠道洞察、数据分析,模式建立,计划制定,项目执行,预算控制等

- 优秀的沟通技巧,能适应跨部门的沟通并推动团队间高效协作

- 熟悉行业、地域和零售市场发展趋势,有一定的品类理解水平

- 熟练掌握Office办公软件(Excel, PPT)

- 能够适应一定的快节奏工作要求
