Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1、经销商的管理,重点负责凝聚经销商、达成ROI、发展经销商共同投资,优化经销商结构

2、全渠道重点客户管理,惠友系统、家兴系统等。

3、郊县全渠道门店管理,Hyper门店3家,Super门店23家,Mini门店120家,TT门店2300家。加快新品上架和陈列改善。

4、加速渠道出货,降低客户库存。
 

Qualifications/任职条件

1、具备大专及以上学历,3年及以上客户管理及经销商管理操作经验;  

2、具备良好的沟通表达能力、销售数据分析能力和谈判技巧;

3、需适应经常性的出差,每周3-5天;

4、良好的计算机运用能力,熟练运用Word、Excel、PPT;
5、熟悉当地主要消费品零售市场,良好的客户开发管理能力及客情建立;
