This is a local market role based in Buenos Aires, that will execute the digital transformation of our brands to accelerate the dCommerce conversion, build and deploy a solid digital ecosystem in partnership with dCommerce team and Latam/local Marketing team. For both Mars petcare & confections business, and for the 5 countries in the southern cone cluster.

The role will require a Digital skilled associate, with a natural curiosity to learn about the latest trends in digital and would seek for the synergy all digital investments, regarding, advertising, promotions, and the optimization of appearance of our brands on the e-retail platforms (performance focus).

This position will report to our Digital Marketing & Customer Manager for Southern Cone, but collaborate closely with the dCommerce team, local/regional marketing team, as well will be in touch directly with strategic customers & agencies.

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

 

  • Key role executing and following up the strategy for media, promo and content roadmap to achieve growth sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and dCommerce KPIs.
  • Leverage on regional digital brand content to contribute on the design and execute a full digital Marketing strategy to accelerate dCommerce.
  • Contribute on the design and execution of Digital support for brand launchings, partnership with a local and regional Marketing teams
  • Influencers strategy execution for Social Media in partnership with Regional team
  • Support Media plan from a digital perspective to find synergies, partnership with local teams
  • Execute and control local digital investment strategy (e-retailers media plan, promotions, content) to drive path to purchase. Follow up with agencies and Sales Teams.
  • Lead and Control MAB investments for dComm.
  • Support sales team to accelerate Key customers performance (Digital hero packs, banners, promotions, assortment, content).
  • Identify and develop assortment/formats opportunities in dcommerce.
  • Lead and prepare analysis and dashbords based con data to identify opportunities and learnings
  • This position will require multiple internal & external stakeholder management and ability to create strong relationships to achieve goals and manage projects and priorities.


What are we looking for? 

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Commercial Engineer, Administration or similar 

 

  • 2+ years in e-commerce & digital marketing.
  • Experience in marketing & brand activation
  • Experience in Digital media communication & ecosystems
  • Experience in dCommerce
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written).
  • Advanced Spanish & English
