To achieve its ambition to be the reference in pet health through nutrition, Royal Canin wants to continue to push the barriers of nutrition and individualization.
The digital transformation is driving both new opportunities to serve more pets but also new challenges for our existing business models. This is why the New Business team develops and implements the best strategies to further maintain Royal Canin as the reference in Pet Health through Nutrition, but also to serve more pets with a greater benefit on their health.
In this digital acceleration context, Royal Canin needs to reinforce its internal strengths with project management capabilities. Based in Aimargues, this job will sits in the Flagship Store team, which mission are to role model RC Ultimate e-commerce & Brand experience by bridging our traditional prescribers with Pet Owners online


Your typical day :

Each day will be different! But your main missions will be :

  • Facilitate Project Execution and Governance

Facilitate Projects execution by ensuring good pace and connection among project members of each geographies (Global, Regional, Local) setting meetings, tracking actions and milestones, raising alerts and helping on escalation when needed. Recommend on project re-priorization and adaptation. Ensure execution and if needed production to match internal processes that can affect project deliverables.

  • Project Documentation and codification

Facilitate and if needed create the operation process documentation (logistics and reverse logistics / Customer Service / Order to cash / Finance reconciliation …). In alignement and with the Help of the Global Flagship Store PMO, codify and learn every step and needs of the projects in order to facilitate future deployment and be sure we build on our learnings. Hence Is responsible of creating the right level of simple and easy to use documentation: i.e. Playbook for Build/Run/Deploy phases.

  • Operationalize Process Improvement and Standards Development

Learning on the fly and ensuring continuous improvement loop for Global, Regional and Local Quality of execution. Set and continuously improve the standards of efficiency and synergies among projects. 


Your Profile:


  • 3rd year studying at a business school, an engineering degree or an equivalent university degree
  • MBA interns highly appreciated
  • Very good level of English, 100% of written and oral communications are in English
  • High level of organization
  • Analytical mindset appreciated
  • Ability to perform in a multi-cultural environment
