Profile : Degree in marketing or e-commerce and 2-3 years experience in Digital Environment

The digital transformation is driving both new opportunities to serve more pets but also new challenges for our existing business models. This is why the new business team develops and implements the best strategies to further maintain Royal Canin as the reference in Pet Health through Nutrition, but also to serve more pets with a greater benefit on their health.

While the team will develop new digitally enabled business models that will shape the future of Royal Canin and Eukanuba, they also support the transformation of our existing business models.

In this Digital acceleration context, Royal Canin needs to reinforce its internal strengths with digital, user centric, data analysis and deployment capabilities.

The Digital factory, as part of the New business team, works in strong partnership with Marketing and sales team, Innovation team and R&D team.


The job is based at Royal Canin Asia-Pacific, and you will travel regularly at the Headquarters at Aimargues (near Nïmes and Montpellier) to keep in contact with the global teams.



You will work in close cooperation with Regions, Sales acceleration team, product owners, and markets. You will work closely to markets and will be traveling about 50% of the time.

You will work in close partnership with external partners to source resources and get the technical support required.  You will work with “Architecture and Tech” team to manage and organize the technical deployment of the solution delivered.




Your responsibility is to define and deliver, in collaboration with markets and regions, clear plans of deployment of our digital services across markets. You will use global methodologies and adapt them to the needs and maturity of each markets. You will also be the voice of markets in order to help improving the global services and materials.


Deploy Digital services @scale :



  • Execute the standard deployment methodologies for his/her region and markets
  • Animate the deployed markets community and organize country follow up
  • Track deployment set up KPIs (inc. alerts) and share with global & region to secure the roadmap delivery
  • Work with markets and “architecture & technologies” teams to organize the technical deployment (integration) of the digital service in markets
  • Assist the Deployment manager in the definition of the standard Digital Factory deployment methodologies to accelerate the deployment and localization of the digital services (manage translations, list of values, KPIs…)



  • Support countries and regions in defining the country business activation plan (objectives, target audience, media…)
  • Support countries to launch properly the service in order to achieve their ambition (service training, launch meeting, best practices sharing, sales material and resources deployment, customer care support…)
  • Analyse and share country performances to continuously improve the business activation
  • Organize, with countries and the support manager, solutions and plan to ensure the best escalation process and support adapted to the countries’ needs



  • Share learnings and improvements from the country with global to improve the service
  • Build a regional communities around Digital services to collect local needs, challenges and success
  • Ensure with Region and Market, they can stand alone after the deployment and train local Functional Expert or Key User community for the platforms
  • Coordinate the business support of the digital services (FAQ, training, tickets follow up, feedbacks tools, surveys…) with countries and the support manager


Support the changes driven by the new digital services :

  • On-board and support regional teams within our transformation from Product to Product & services: support test & learn approach on deployment, train regional teams, communicate
  • Inspire markets and regions to deploy minimum viable product with a continuous improvement approach
  • Collaborate with sales team to support change management in markets and regions (training, material, FAQ…)
  • Feed global and regional team to continuously improve our “Go To Market” methodologies and identify missing capabilities to be filled to succeed.


Identify local key initiatives to be leveraged at a global level

  • Work with regions and markets to follow up local initiatives
  • Highlight local initiatives in a global context (globalisation, best practice sharing, shared capabilities…) and share best practices with the Deployment manager




  • Do you have an engineer's degree in marketing and e-commerce?
  • Do you have at least 2-3 years of experience in Digital Environment, ideally in complex and global environment?
  • Do you have a solution oriented mind-set?
  • Do you have excellent communication and collaboration skills?
  • Are you able to work with different teams and various team dynamics to achieve challenging delivery objective?
