Brand Officer SPT EUKANUBA™

Within the Royal Canin® Divison we are continuing our journey of integration of the EUKANUBA brand. Key to the success of the brand is re-establishing the brand foundations and the development of a strong portfolio driven by innovation, activation and brand ambassadors to drive recommendation.  To continue the brand turnaround and secure EUKANUBA™ and category growth the Brand Officer will work closely with Global, Regional & Local Market stakeholders across marketing, finance, supply, activity management and design agencies. The Brand Officer is responsible for supporting the deployment of the EUKANUBA™ innovation & activation projects. He/She will work with the EUKANUBA™ Global Portfolio Manager/ team and assist and support them on operational tasks.

This role is within the global marketing & sales team based at Royal Canin® head office and report to the Global Portfolio Manager- EUKANUBA™.  This is a local role and will not be open to international mobility support. This role is considered a development role and provides opportunity to increase responsibilities and progress to other roles within the business in the future based on performance and business needs.


Key responsibilities:
In collaboration with Portfolio Manager and/or brand manager(s):

- The Brand Officer is responsible for planning the activation toolkits/ support materials for priority projects. Stakeholder management (global/ regional/ local) is required to ensure countries receive actionable plan. Develop & deploy activation guidelines to ensure an effective deployment in country with a global alignment.
- This activation plan should include sales activation, product support, promotion and communication together in a consistent way.
- Supports the deployment of the global activation plan, measures activation effectiveness with key KPI’s and market follow up.
- Provides inputs in sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes.
- Leads the data business KPI collection, consolidate them, track progresses and contribute to the analyze.
- Supports the GPS to deliver actionable plan.
- Assists the Portfolio Manager in delivering the innovation roadmap.
- Responsible for supporting the organization of Project Launches (e.g. Webniars, Global Pillar Week etc).
- Responisble for the co-ordination of the Eukanuba Core Market Team Meetings each period (booking meetings, consolidation of market inputs, notes etc)


Education & Professional Qualification
Fluent English
High business school education with animal and nutritional understanding or high scientific education school  with business acumen
