Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  1. Mars Pet Nutrition China Media Portfolio management (30%)
    1. Manage overall Advertising budget including working media, non-working media and media rebate.
    2. Partner with each brand team and digital marketing team to ensure the overall cross-brand media plan is consistent with actual marketing plan including foundation and activation, as well as the production
    3. Drive strong foundation reach optimization and set overall Pet Nutrition China Media reach goal and ensure the reach delivery; set objective and Buying Agency performance review agenda; Continue to improve Digital media efficiency in overall media mix
    4. As the counterpart of finance and demand planning team, to manage the budget change, ring-fence and impact to demand planning. Regularly work with Finance team to ensure Advertising budget is in-line with Company P&L and phasing


  1. Co-pilot Brand activation with Brand team and digital marketing team, maximize brand reach with excellent execution (45%)
    1. Lead the campaign briefing on media part
    2. Define and deliver campaign KPI via leading Agency’s performance
    3. Drive innovation and Test & Learn to scale up the campaign learning to more portfolio level, especially on Data and content
    4. Lead regular review with each brand team


  1. Drive Media efficiency with continuous optimization across all Pet Nutrition China brands (15%)
    1. Lead Agency to develop robust tactical plan; Develop & evolve multi-screen strategy & supporting module
    2. Develop and standardize strong measurement mechanism via partnership with CMI and external partner
    3. Continue to drive measurement productivity through automation, tools and big data intelligence


  1. Support to maximize media value and ROI (10%)
    1. Partner with commercial and Agency team to drive value leadership in media team, drive internal communication process to make clarity of all media value
    2. Collaborate with commercial team and Media Buying Agency to optimize buying strategy & negotiation strategy
    3. Maximize media ROI from lens of business demand perspective, continuously improve the methodology and reliability on media ROI to uplift off-take impact which beyond media saving



  • Bachelor or above degree
  • Minimum 6 years media buying/planning experiences in 4A media agency.
  • 3 years or above management experiences in marketing/media department.
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
