Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the issuing f the detailed process specification, overall pack process flow for specific production lines according to Mars quality and food safety requirements, Mars technology trends and the pack portfolio needs from demand team during the scoping and design phase of the new factory.
  • Act as technical lead fr production lines and lead the discussion and alignment on process recommendations and final decision making both within R&D team (with global innovation center, regional development team and site deployment team embedded with product/pack and QFS perspective) and with x-functional teams in the business (including engineering, IE, commercial, production, logistic, marketing, financial and IT team). 
  • Cnduct risk assessment according to HACCP requirements, conduct factory assessment tests at suppliers for each of key equipment.
  • Supprt and input in the process flow to ensure overall build-up of MOM(manufacture operational management) system and SAP system in the new factory.
  • Issue the wet cmmissioning and validation plan for each specific production lines.
  • Act as R&D representative in the prject team to support the CVS(commissioning, validation and startup for the new factory.
  • Lead the wet cmmissioning and validation phase for specific production lines and ensure consumer-relevant KQAs are delivered.
  • Clear and smoth handover to the site R&D team and production team after the start up of the factory.
  • Cntribution to specification and delivery of Mars Petcare process design to effectively support multiple stakeholders, including Supply (Engineering), Commercial and R&D team.
  • Active internal cmmunication of the process and material benefits, including sustainability.
  • Implementatin: ensure consumer-relevant KQAs are delivered.
  • Caching the site process technologist and build the site process capability

Job Specifications/Qualifications

1. Project Experience:  At least 1 years experience in a Business CAB Project environment as key technical contributor on behalf of R&D.

2. Knowledge/Experience:

Multi-year experience in Process technology or raw material development, or ideally both.

An equivalent technical application (such as technology deployment) and/or similar in Engineering Development will be beneficial.

A sound understanding of the Mars Petcare manufacturing technologies and Mars Petcare Global

Equipment Standards in technology fields (process food technology).
