Key Responsibilities/职位描述

 

SPT Pillar marketing leader holds ultimate responsibility for marketing activities in Omni SPT pillar, and oversees the development and delivery of a fully integrated marketing strategy to drive business growth.

  • Build in-depth understanding our Brand, as well as China Pet owner / shopper / Marketing insights, to define activation and portfolio strategy in Omni SPT
  • Collaborate with cross functional/regional teams, including customer teams, finance, supply, to delivery execution excellence
  • Lead external Agency partners, to delivery exelllcence in activity plan exection to achieve targets

 

Pillar Marketing Leader

  • Understand pet food market trend in both online and offline channel, consumer and customer insight to define category & territory opportunity.  
  • Work closely work with national brand activation team/regional/global team on SPT pillar Innovation development ( wet / milk powder / Treat)
  • Key role in ONE marketing community to contribute to brand communication activity / portfolio strategy and  responsible for pillar deployment

 

Category Management

  • Understand channel customer / consumer insight to idenfiy channel opportunity and develop category growth plan in line with Omni SPT pillar strategy
  • Develop SPT recruitment strategy and design the recruitment working model
  • Use customer, consumer, market, competitor, retailer and internal data and translate it into meaningful insights, to understand and prioritize barriers and opportunities in order to improve Scale, Mental and Physical Availability.
  • Develop annual Pillar marketing plan to deploy portfolio strategy and meet pillar revenue target
  • Lead Nutrition knowledge transfer to Identify what / how / where / who to  educate nutrition knowledge 

 

Portfolio management

  • Lead and establish long term pillar portfolio strategy and NPD plan
  • Develop annual Pillar marketing plan to deploy portfolio strategy and drive strategic portfolio growth
  • Lead and manage product life cycle, pricing and performance assessment

 

Digital marketing management

  • Lead and cowork with national marketing to design and deploy digital campaign calendar, program and activation to Omni SPT sales team
  • Lead and cowork with national marketing and CA team to create the digital content like short video to enhance our education to pet owners and partners

 

Customer Marketing

  • Lead design, plan and deployment of marketing activities through close collaboration with sales team, in both online and offline channels.
  • Leverage platform resource to secure more brand impression and exposure to pet owners and drive business growth in key customer groups.
  • Deploy digital content of petcare to approach pet owners and convert to sales

 

Consumer data and intelligence

  • Build the methodology and approach to understand the insight and foresight of pet food market and eCom operations by leveraging the data souce of Tmall and JD.com
  • Collaborate with platform to cocreate the precise data tag of pet owners to enable business effectiveness and efficiency

 

Team management and talent development

  • Build a highly-engaged pillar marketing team who delivers excellent result
  • Build collaborative relationship with x-function and x-pillar teams
  • Develop marketing talent pipeline

 

A&P management

  • Lead A&P investment strategy
  • Establish evaluation process to ensure AP effectiveness


Qualifications/任职条件 

 

  • At least 8-10 years of marketing experience in MNC, prefer experience in digital marketing or brand marketing; food/pet related industry is a plus
  • A subject matter expert in area of digital marketing for broader business; Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to collaborate with x-functions, and navigate through ambiguities and conflicts.
  • At least 5-year experience in managing team; proven capability to engage, motivate and develop people.
  • Bachelor degree or  above
  • Good command of English in both written and speaking
